Which phase are you in?

All Cycle Long:

 

To lead an optimal cycle syncing lifestyle, throughout all 4 phases, you will want to limit or avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking & endocrine disruptors such as plastic, parabens, pesticides & fragrances. Each phase you will also want to manage stress with practices such as mindfulness, meditation & gratitude. It's also important throughout all 4 phases to eat organic, grass-fed, whole foods and to get 7-10 hours of sleep a night.

Now Let's Get Phase Specific:

Recall the first day of your last period, or, next time you begin bleeding and mark that day in your calendar as "Day 1 - Menstruation." Then mark the next 4 days as menstruation as well.

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Some women bleed for less than 5 days, and some women bleed for more than 5 days. Use the Menstruation Tincture from your 4 pack Days 1-5, and then switch to Follicular Days 6-10, regardless of how long you bleed for.

Then, fill out the next 5 days as Follicular.

Next, fill out the next 3 days as Ovulation.

Lastly, fill out the last 14 days as Luteal.

Continue on with this 28 cycle throughout your annual calendar.
