Hello renewed energy! The follicular phase begins right after your period ends and lasts until ovulation. During this phase, estrogen levels gradually rise, stimulating the growth of follicles in the ovaries, each containing an immature egg. This is a time of renewal and growth, where energy levels start to pick up, and your body prepares for the possibility of ovulation.
