Full Cycle Tincture 4 Pack Video Tutorial:
Frequently Asked Questions for the 4 Pack:
I don't know what menstrual phase I’m currently in to be able to start my 4 pack, what should I do?
Cycle Sisters has plans to launch an app that will send you notifications as to which phase you are in and when to take the correct tincture from your Full Cycle Tincture 4 Pack. Till then, to determine which menstrual phase you are currently in, refer to this guide.
I don't know when my last period was, what should I do?
Wait till you begin bleeding next, and start your 4 pack with the menstruation tincture.
My periods are irregular, what should I do?
You're in the right place! Our products are for the women out there who don't have a regularly scheduled period, meaning, they begin to bleed randomly, and the length of bleeding or the frequency to which their period comes is random and not aligned with a 28 day cycle. If this is your circumstance, wait till the next time you begin to bleed and start with the menstruation tincture. Then, regardless of how long you bleed for, carry on with the 4 pack on schedule. So, on day 6, begin with the follicular tincture, on day 11, begin with the ovulation tincture and on day 14 begin with the luteal tincture. After your luteal tincture is complete, start with the menstruation tincture from a new 4 pack. If you are taking the product correctly and consistently, your period should begin to regulate around 8 weeks.
Is the serving size enough for the whole cycle per 4 pack tincture bottle?
Yes. Each tincture has the exact amount of servings for a 1-month supply needed for each phase. If you take it as suggested, 3x a day, 3 ml each time (3 full droppers full), you will finish each bottle at the end of each phase, during a 28 day menstrual cycle.
The menstruation tincture says days 1-5. My period is less than or more than 5 days, what should I do?
Use the Menstruation Tincture from your 4 pack starting on the day you begin to bleed, and continue taking it for the next 5 days. Then switch to Follicular Days 6-10, regardless of how long you bleed for.
I forgot to take my tinctures for a few days, what should i do?
As soon as you remember to begin again, determine what phase you are in and take the tincture associated with that phase as you normally would, 3ml (3 droppers full) 3x day. Then, switch to the next phase as soon as you begin that phase.
How can I remind myself to take my tincture everyday?
Cycle Sisters will launch a cycle syncing app with a notifications feature to remind you to take your 4 pack tincture 3x a day. Till then, we recommend using this guide to populate your calendar, as well as set reminders in your phone for 3x a day to take your tincture.
Taking the tinctures 3x a day is hard to fit into my schedule. What should I do?
We recommend taking a double dose (6ml) in the morning, and then taking a single dose (3ml) at night. The idea is you need to take 9ml of the tincture for which phase you are in, everyday.
Our blends work by supporting a more vital foundation when it comes to hormones and overall optimal functioning of the whole body, to in return support the conditions that cause medical conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis and Fibroids. While the herbs in our formulas, when taken consistently, may help improve hormonal imbalance and overall well-being, in conjunction with our blends, its also best to consult with your medical provider and lead a cycle syncing lifestyle.
Can I use Cycle Sisters if I'm pregnant, if I plan on becoming pregnant or if I'm breastfeeding?
I’m on a hormonal birth control and/or pharmaceutical(s), will Cycle Sisters interact with my medications?
Always consult with your medical provider before incorporating Cycle Sisters to your routine, especially if you are on pharmaceuticals in order to ensure that no negative pharmacological interactions take place. While there is no pharmacological evidence to indicate an interaction between Vitex (an herb used in our Full Cycle Tincture 4 Pack) and hormonal contraception, it is still advised to consult with your doctor if you are on hormonal birth control because Vitex may impact the effectiveness of hormonal birth control due to the herb's hormone regulating properties.
