The ovulation phase is when your body reaches its peak fertility, marked by the release of a mature egg, a rise in estrogen, and changes in cervical mucus to support conception. During this time, energy, libido, and confidence often soar, leaving you feeling more social, outgoing, and physically strong. Over-committing future plans
