I was torn because I wanted instant relief and the 4 pack sounded good because it claimed to prevent PMS & period pain, but I was a little thrown off by having to wait 6-8 weeks for it to feel noticeable. This kit was a perfect solution. The 3 fast acting tinctures were amazing during those 6-8 weeks, especially the Calm Cycle. Its been over 2 months of the 4 pack & I no longer need the 3 fast acting tinctures because the 4 pack really does prevent PMS & period pain. Feeling a lot better!
It's been a month with the kit and first thing I noticed was that my sex drive came back! I noticed this within the first few days. Definitely noticing mood swings are less too and this was the first period I had (in my whole life) where I didn't need ibuprofen. I had mild cramps, but usually they're really bad. The free tinctures are all awesome too. I used the SOS one for the mild cramps and I felt better within 20 minutes. Get yourself one of these kits, the blends are really helpful.
I got this kit about a month ago, and I already feel the difference. My first period after starting the 4 pack was 3 weeks after starting the kit and my cramps were a lot milder. I took the SOS tincture for these mild cramps and they were gone in 30 mins. I also noticed ever since starting the kit that I'm happier, more energized, more present and I've noticed my libido has increased. Also the sleep tincture is INCREDIBLE. If you stick with it for the full 2 months, you will notice a difference. I used to be really irritable, tired and bloated the week before my period, and my cramps were a nightmare for 3 days straight. After 2 months of the 4 pack I'm feeling so much better.
