I am premenopausal, but use these products to regulate the hormone flux that is common with this stage. I feel a noticeable difference when I am not on this tincture - my libido diminishes, I start getting hot flashes again and even though I am not having actual cycles, I feel bloated at the times of the month that I would be having a cycle.
